Two kinds of thing. First, what you type: the forms on this site ask for your name, a way to reach you (phone or email), and answers about your situation, meaning the loan you're considering, rough timing, what you own. This site never asks for, and its forms never carry, a Social Security number, date of birth, or account numbers. Those belong to the secure loan application, which happens on EPiQ Lending's systems after we've actually talked.
Second, how the site gets used. Your browser keeps a random visitor ID this site made up, and the site logs which pages load, which questions get opened, and which answers get picked in the program finder and the All-In-One estimate. No name is attached to any of that until you send a form. The log is mine, it lives in a private spreadsheet, and it exists so I can see which pages and which questions people actually use.
Form submissions go to me — Drake Khamis — so I can respond. They're stored in my working systems: a private spreadsheet and my customer-relationship software, which may send you the follow-up you asked for. Booking a call runs through Calendly under their privacy policy. If you go forward with a loan, your information moves into EVO Home Loans, LLC dba EPiQ Lending™'s origination systems, which carry their own regulatory protections.
Pages on this site use the Meta (Facebook) pixel, a small piece of code that tells Meta a visit happened and which step followed (a page view, a form started, a form sent, a call booked) so I know which ads are worth running. It uses cookies. Meta gets the step, not your answers: nothing about your balance, cash flow, credit, income, or equity leaves this site for Meta. You can limit ad tracking in your browser and in your Meta ad preferences.
Your information is not sold. It is not rented, traded, or handed to marketers. It's used to respond to you, to run this site's own advertising, and — if you choose — to start your loan. Nothing else.
